Tank cycle on the right track?

It's been a long time since I have had to cycle a tank, like 8 years. 12 gallon tank. Tank was running with just sand in it. Kept the sand, added 9lbs of love rock, tank had 2 little hermits still in I gave them 2 little flakes when I set it up. Here are my levels as of this evening.

How long have you had the tank running?

To me, it looks like it’s either just starting or finishing a cycle.
