Was told my tank is almost done cycling can I get more opinions please

Need more details than that. When did you start this tank? Live or dry rock? Bottled bac? Ammonia source? The provided info assuming all measurements are correct, 0 ammonia with the presence of nitrite/nitrate suggest you are safe to stock slowly.

When I started my tank I just filled it with live rock sand and obviously salt water and let it sit for a month with the pump running and no light, as soon as nitrites and ammonia were at 0 I started adding fish and never had a problem
