After a tank is reading 0 ammonia 0 nitrites after about 2 weeks of using microbacter7 and stability, when should I start to see nitrates and when can I add fish/coral??

What type of rock and sand are you using? Size of tank and what ammonia source were you using

Any reason why you were using both Microbacter7 and Stability? Seemed a bit redundant, but you might have had your reasons.

Anyways, different people will have different viewpoints on what cycling entails. To me, it is generally about culturing enough beneficial microbes to effectively and consistently handle a certain amount of ammonia each day, generally considered to be 2ppm. If following this school of thought, then you need to get ammonia to reach 2ppm, and see if ammonia and nitrite reads 0 after 24 hours. If so, you are cycled and can add your fish and corals immediately. Otherwise, your tank is not cycled.

I test 0 nitrates. I had live rock but I messed up with curing it so most died, it was covered in algae anyways. 120 gallon tank.
I didn’t add any ammonia source I just filled her up and let it go. Should I ghost feed some pellets for a bit or add some damsels? I have it running for about 2 weeks now.
