Tank Cycled, Next Steps?

I did a fishless cycle with TurboStart 900 and Nitrocycle. I have the Red Sea Max S-550 lights, skimmer and ReefMat off. Here are the stats from the LFS to confirm my tests:

Salinity - 1.025
Calcium - 500
Magnesium - 1600
Alkalinity - 6.2
Nitrate - .25
Phosphate - .08

I have used Sodium Bicarbonate to target 8 alkalinity and am using Red Sea Blue salt. I also just added Apocalypse, Trigger and Tisbee Pods with food. Working on 35ppt for salinity too.

The LFS said I should be ready for a hardy fish.

When do I turn the skimmer/ReefMat on?
What fish do you recommend first?
When do I get a cleanup crew?
Can I add corals yet?

Should I wait for stuff at Reef-A-Palooza in about a week?

Something is wrong with those test numbers. Do you have your own tests? The calcium can't be that high with your salt unless you got the salinity too high.

Even by next weekend (RAP), your tank is still way too new and unstable to be successful with most coral...
