Tank Defender??

Does anyone else have a “tank defender” in their tank??

I noticed a suction cup that fell onto my sand and went to retrieve it with a net (spooked my mandarins so everyone darted for cover). On my way down my yellow tang darted from across the tank and started aggressively waving it’s tail spine, trying to cut up my net . I moved my net away, up and down the tank but he chased after it backwards, crazy display! Couldn’t get a video, but he definitely seemed like the tank guardian! Just wanted to share because I thought that was pretty cool

I have a few azure damsels and a ocellaris/percula clown pair that make sure I know where their reef is.

I have a Springer's Dottyback that will try to attack us when we get too close to the tank (yes through the glass), and will go after anything I put in the tank, yet it will back down from all my other fish.
Put your face up to the glass and 'Blue' will dart at you.
