Tank is done cycle but nitrates & nitrites are high I ghost feed the tank I did a 20% water change because the nitrates & nitrites where high
Ammonia - 0
Ph - 7.6
Alkalinity- 40
Nitrate-250
Nitrite-pass 10(it was the same color as nitrates but that color not even on test )
I think I may need a better test kit (test strips) I think I need to do a bigger water change nitrates was at 0 until I started ghost feeding the tank

Yeah you need to get better test kits. Those strips and anything API for saltwater is very unreliable. I would look into getting Aquaforest or Salifert test kits for now or if you want to spend more upfront the Hanna instruments are also well worth it.

If you still have nitrites in your tank, you are technically still not done cycling, plus nitrites in water affect nitrate readings.

I would start by getting better test kits and that will dictate what the status of your tank is and what to do.

And a side note, I would maybe work on getting that pH up a little bit closer to 8.
