Tank Emergency

Quick Help guys,
I usually carry out a 10-15% water change every week, but this week i changed the rowa phos tht i have in a socks and in my inlet compartment of my waterbox 20, since thn i hv observed tht my corals seems to be not in a good shape and look stressed. Cud changing rowa phos have a -ve affect on the corals?

Urgent advice plz, what cud i do to get things back to normal,
shud i do a small water change?
shud i remove the rowa phos?
or shud i just leave everything as it is and give it sometime to go back to normal?

video does not play for me,did you rinse the rowa? corals will close after water change and then open back up poss give time,how long has it been?

3 days, but the corals are bleaching out at a fast rate

and yes i rinsed the rowa in rodi water till it ran clean water
