Welcome to REEF2REEf! If u intend to put coral in it then a good reef light. One example that I own and am happy with is a Aqua illumination HD prime.

I second @JustAnt's light recommendation. The Prime HD allows you to program it with a phone app or your computer to allow pleasant sunrise/sunset effects as well as adjustment of the light temperature/color and intensity.
For small tanks I would recommend the Tunze 9004 skimmer. It provides surface skimming to keep film off of the water's surface and it does a pretty reasonable job of taking organics out of the water column while providing excellent air exchange.
You mentioned you have a water pump, so is this tank an all in one, having a filter in the back, or is there an overflow which will feed to water to a sump below the tank? Or is it just a straight glass box, no filter chambers, in which case the pump is simply a powerhead for circulation within the tank? The answer to this would affect what additional filter recommendations one could make.
