Tank Fill Height for an All in One.

I'm sure that this question had been asked before, but I haven't been able to find any information about it.

What is the right amount of water to have in an All in One tank? I currently have the tank filled about 1/2 up the weir or about 1 inch from the top of the tank.

Is that about the right amount?

Depends on the tank and your preferences... What is it? Did they provide a recommendation?

Some run higher and some run lower, but there should be an acceptable band. I like to run low enough for their to be some cascade between chambers but high enough to make surey heater is well covered in chamber 3.

Also remember that the leaves will be different between pump on and off. I set pumps on since that is the normal condition of the tank, and what my ATO "sees."

I leave the water level a bit below max in the display. Run an IM SR60. Leave enough for the HOB refugium to run and heater covered.

It's a JBJ 25 rimless. Frankly the instructions weren't that instructive. I like the tank, but not a lot of frills.

There isn't a mark for water level.

I'll have to think about it a little. Thanks for the responses.

High enough that the water flow through the sump area is quiet to your liking. Then adjust your ato sensor to maintain that level. Unless you have a guard controlling the weir height, the sump dictates water level.
