When I move an get my setup done, how do you guys keep copeopods out of the filter? Let em get sucked up or some kind of foam wrap for the intake tube like I do for freshwater in “birthing tanks”?

The can get in and out of the filter. Are you planning to keep a fuge ?

Yea after I move “like a week or 2 away” we are upgrading from my 20L to a 29 gallon. Same size but more height an I’m going to gravity feed from a 10 gallon refuge for copeopods so the miss can have a manderian goby.

A mandarin can quickly take out a population of pods population in a 30 gallon.

But that leads to my next question what could I have in the 29 with a Mandy??
Current stock
X2 Blue foot hermit crab
X2 margarita snail
X2 nassarius snail
X2 asteria snail

A 29 gallon main tank with 10 gallon refuge, im financially stable to order pods when needed.
