Tank going brown

It’s a new setup in a reefer 250, it cycled 3 weeks ago and now everything is starting to cover in brown substance. Last tests read
Nitrate=25 Phos=0.7

What’s the next step

Diatoms. All part of the cycle my dude. After that you should start getting an ugly algea phase. Lots of green algea hopefully, then its time to start getting snails and whatnot.
