Ok so here's the deal been having problems keeping my levels up to par in my 90 and had a few issues with flatworms anyways I had recently bought a 60cube I planned on setting up which I did and I added new sand my existing rock and about 35 gallons from the 90. Got the temps to match and salinity acclimated everything and finished the swap. So this morning I decide to check the ammonia and it's showing .25 I was thinkingkoI'm probably having a mini cycle

Sounds acceptable. If your using an API kit I would question the results, but you can not go wrong proceeding as though you'll be dealing with a mini-cycle.

Everyone seems happy fish wise a lot of the corals seemed stressed in my 90 and almost instantly started looking better once they were moved. And yes I used a API kit only reason is I rarely check for it I use Red Sea for everything else and a DD refractometer
