Tank has cycled but now.......

I'd use the 30 you have. But yes a biocube would be good, biggest one possible though. Keep it set up an just use water from your display tank after a water change.

Get a few ammonia alert badges, keep a sponge filter in your sump to harvest bacteria. Doesn't have to be permanently setup but would until you are stocked. Just an idea of 1 here's mine: 20 gallon, hob, 1 power head that I attach a sponge filter to, change water when I do DT and use it in the 20. Just have to monitor ammonia really and keep salinity matched to where you get your fish from, then adjust during this time slowly.

I rolled the dice a few times and ended up with flukes. All fish go through 3 rounds of Prazipro now and ttm. Minimum of 30-45 days now depending on what shows.

so can I just take a couple of my rocks from the DT and add them along with some water from the DT to my QT and then add some bottle bac to get it going without worrying about cycling?

Dont use your live rock, even if it isn't live. The reason for this is that live rock and sand both will absorb the meds you put in and sometimes leach it back out later. This will cause the amount of meds in your QT to fluctuate which can adversely effect treatment. Also it could cause problems when you try to strip out one med and introduce another that is incompatible with the first. Then the first gets leached back into the water and creates a toxic soup.

so what can you suggest? piece of pvc pipe so they can hide? completely empty QT?

You'll need places for them to hide of course and feel comfortable. So, yes pvc elbows are generally used. I used coffee mugs in mine though there is some debate about weather or not the saltwater will ruin them. Make sure you have an elbow for each fish you have in QT so that everybody has their own place to sleep.

Ok I went to my LFS and purchased 2 hermit crabs and 2 snails and 1 skunk cleaner shrimp and I know that's not gonna be enough but my LFS was high on prices so I'm going to order some online and that I'm all out of extra cash because I also bought 35 lbs of live rock LoL.

I got into this hobby cheap!

Craigslist should be your new best friend. For what you paid for that rock at the lfs you probably could have got a whole tank full of stuff, keep the stuff you need and trade the rest of it in at your lfs, building a relationship with them means better prices down the line.

Also be careful with shrimp in a new tank...if for some reason you have and ammonia spike it'll be rough on the little guy.

Such is life my friend. My advice and how I did it-

I started buying running tanks for.the things I wanted or needed. Having said that, make sure you don't buy a tank you can't sell lol. Nothing to big, or small.

Don't buy a set up expecting to strip it to bare bones cause you get stuck with a garage full of empty tanks collecting dust.

You end up with a lot of extra equipment, but being a rookie your gonna break stuff and having replacement stuff is awesome instead of having to pay retail every time.
