Tank Help 250+ gallon

I need some help with my tank. I’ve been in this weird limbo where my tank water is cloudy and my dry rock looks like crap. I set this tank up in December and I avid washed the rock but did not cycle it. What can I do to fix this? I have this beautiful rimless tank and i hate to even look near the tank

Have you got a clean up crew?
how long has the rock been in there and roughly how much?
What are your parameters?
What are your tank inhabitants?

Small. Tank water is also cloudy.

Parameters are in decent shape from last weeks testing
Three fish,
Yellow tang,
Purple anthias
Clown

Snails, snails and possibly some snails. Turbos, trochus and strombs for the sand

Anything to help the cloudy water? That’s my main issue

Have you tried polyfilter. Sometimes it changes colour straight away to indicate whats been up. Worth a shot if the problems been around this long.
Also you do run filter socks and a protein skimmer ?
Other things to try: pouring in good bacteria source such as api stress zyme , seachem stabilty , etc (all brands have similar product)
Last thing is try is a good old floculant
