Looks like dinos on the rocks to me, which is toxic and probably what is bothering your nems. As others have asked, it's important you give us your parameters and some still pictures. Also, the tank size would help. Seems to be a lot of fish for a tank that's not too big, correct me if I'm wrong.

Looks like dinos. Get that cleared out and you’ll be set.

running a UV with the pump and return both INSIDE display tank works wonders.

many people have success dosing hydrogen peroxide as well.
Dinos are toxic. With that many, you could have issues with inverts when they die. You should have a plan to do water changes or run carbon to help.

would this one be ok

Auqa Shield UV Sterilizer Desktop - Innovative Marine or this one

Coralife Turbo Twist 12X UV Sterilizer - 36 Watt

If you have a 180g tank, nope. You probably need 40w+

you also should try to see them under a microscope to find out what kind.

the hydrogen peroxide treatment might be better for your situation. Search and you’ll see it. I’ll try to find link.

Do this:
First- Check phosphates and nitrates to assure theyre not elevated.
Here is full program:
Prepare by starting with a water change and blow this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles.
Turn lights off (at least white and run blue at 10-15%) for 5 days and at night dose 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights. If you dont have light dependent coral- turn all lights off.
During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria (such as bacter 7) per 10 gallons.
Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX as it is food for dinos.
Day 5,, you can start with blue lights - ramping up and work your white lights up slowly
Here is one method. I haven’t tried it.
