Tank isn't level. How bad is it?

Hi folks,
I didn't realize how important leveling a tank was when I first started this one. I checked to see how bad mine is recently and it's definitely not perfectly level. How bad off am I?

Left to right it's perfectly level but from back to front it's leaning toward the back some. Is this something that I'm going to have to worry about or is it not too bad?
Crossing my fingers.

I live between the lines, and that looks between the lines. Anything can happen in this hobby, but I certainly would not break a tank down because that is not bad at all.

Haha I like that answer. Thanks for the reassurance. I feel like I worry too much sometimes with this hobby.

I would be far more concerned if the leveling issue was length wise rather than width but its not based on any science... What size tank?

the dimensions are just under 24"x24" and it is 20" tall.

You have no problems, I had a 55 gallon tank which was definitely worse than that and it lasted years like that before I upgraded. You're fine!!!

50g wouldn’t take much work to drain, lift and shim the back up

i wouldn't worry about it but would look to see if it's caused by a high spot somewhere or whether it gets worse over time ... just check on it once in a while

@The_Skrimp I think that the line shows 2% angle so that’s about 1/4” per foot of run. So you’re about 1/2” off front to back. Personally, I’d try to shim it up even if you only raised it by 1/4”

If it bothers you that much, just tilt your head when you look at it.

If the tank has black edging at the top you’ll never see the waterline

My 50 gallon was not quite that much off. I let it be for a couple months so to see if any change occured. Then i just shimmed the stand with home depot type composite shims. I didnt drain the tank, just nudged them in with a 2 x 4, a few taps with hammer... took 5-10 minutes max ..

. i sleep better and have expensive stuff snd, well, a wife that wants to kill me anyway for being in tjis hobby...

only problem you will see is leaning side drain draining mostl of the water vs other side.
