My tank keeps shutting everything and coming back on, few minutes later it happens again!
This happened the other day and I thought it was my sump, so I’ve kept that off to deal with later. Now it’s happening again.

I have an apex fusion, everything hooked up to it, pump, reactor, 2 wavs , lights, 2 heaters, sump (but that’s unhooked)

Any suggestions on what could be happening?

I have the apex plugged directly into an outlet with nothing else. House power is fine l, it’s only my tank.
Please help

This is the apex fusion

Has it only started happening since you hooked up the apex? I would maybe check settings on the apex. For everything to be cutting off is odd, but it is possible if settings aren’t right, something like your temperature probe could be shutting all plugs off. My only other thought is you may have a loose wire in the receptacle you’re plugged into.

This happened to me so I did a hard reset on the apex and started over

I tried that too, but it's still broken. Nothing connected to 110 works, I had to set up a power strip and move everything. I'm sending it to Neptune.

Oh and here's something amazingly stupid that happened...When I first set up the Apex, I had to plug it in just outside of my cabinet, there is no plug on the wall underneath...somewhere along the way (before water was added) the tank was pushed back a little more and now the plug won't fit back through between the wall and cabinet! I have to cut it to remove it and send it back! Felt like an idiot emailing them to ask if this was okay....lol

If it cost too much to fix, I'll buy a new one.

I've had it hooked up for 2 yrs without issue. It's the energy bar, it's no good. I unplugged everything and tried running one thing at a time to see if it was a problem with something else. It ran the pump alone for while, but then completely shut down one day and stopped working...luckily my fish were okay, the temp only drop a few degrees, so it must not have off very long.
It's being returned for repair (unless it cost too much)
