I need some advice this tank I set up is the largest i've ever done and the problem I have is that on all of my other tanks I was able to get them dang near perfect when it comes to being level this one however is giving me a fight ... It sits on a concrete floor and I leveled it to start with and it was right on but after rock and water I'm a 8th or less right to left and about a 16th front to back ... with the tank running you cant tell anything but when I shut it off you can see a very small 8th or so diff. in water level on the ends ....

I'm fine with the water level but nervous about tank problems with cracking or leaking down the road. The tank is over 300lbs by itself add rock and it has become near impossible to level without ripping it all down ....

I wouldn't worry to much about it cracking or leaking with that little bit of a difference unless you plan on using a wavemaker that will put systematic stress on the sides. If I were you I may try to hammer in some shims under the stand. If you do tear it down, placing a layer of Styrofoam between the tank and the stand can also help smooth out small differences.

Level is not as big of an issue as long as the tank and the stand is not twisting or racking. The styrofoam is good for reducing that. If you are worried about it, I would take a 4' level, and measure level at the front and back of the tank, and again at the left and right of the tank. Make sure they match. For example, if the back is level, but the front is slightly out, the tank is twisting a bit, same for left to right. This puts a lot of stress on the seams. If they are out the same amount, there isn't much to worry about IMHO.
