Tank light split schedule AM & PM

New tank 20L with a HOB refuge.

2 Damsels and 3 softies

Lighting question. Any harm to the coral to split lighting with 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening? Just want it lighted while I am home and don't want to over light during the day.
Thoughts?
