Tank is 9 weeks old and cycled. Parameters are all good except ph is around 7.8. A few corals, 3 small fish and a crab, shrimp and a few snai!s. It is a biocube 32 gallon. A few days ago it started looking like it is snowing in the tank with minute white particles. Animals still all appear healthy and are eating. I do water changes weekly of about 3 gallons. Using purigen and the carbon filter that comes with the biocube. It also looks like I have some miniscule white creatures on the glass this morning. Any ideas what is going on and should I be concerned.

Sounds like precipitation maybe? do you dose anything? or just WC?

Has something fallen apart within sump or at or near return pump?

Check to see if the purigen bag ripped open

Take a pic if you can so we can get a better look ;)

Here are some pics. Hard to see but you can see the small creatures in the corners. Tank doesn't have a sump and filter is flowing fine just changed the sponge on saturday.

The small creatures could be pods but it's hard to tell. The white floating stuff is hard to make out. I would stay on water changes.

I have a 32 biocube also, give it some time and it is a nice little set up!
