I have a 60 gallon reef with a clarkii clown, bicolor dottyback, coral beauty, and flame hawkfish. These 4 fish get along quite well, but I want some more fish to fill this big tank, the only problem is they kill EVERYTHING I put in there, the dottyback is the meanest one and he attacks everything that comes his way. What can I put with them? I was thinking a tang of some sort but I know they prefer really big tanks, and I feel like their large find would be torn up very shortly

Other mean fish :)
If you are not too attached to the dottyback you could just take it to your LFS.
I am not an expert with lion fish but a dwarf lion fish might work. It would probably eat the dottyback but everything else should be fine as long as they are good sizes.

You could try a 6 or 8 line Wrasse, but it sounds like your options are extremely limited. I would start with an adult fish and if possible put the Dotty Back in an acclimation box if able.

Had similar issue when I had a Blue spot Damsel. He was attacking everything even corals. Had to give it back to LFS. So glad I did it.
How about adding some Inverts?

Most aggression from fish is derived from protecting it's territory/food source/hiding place/any other interests from a threat/competition from them. Something that spends it's time on the sand such as a watchman/shrimp combo, or something that spends it's time in the open water such as a group of zebra or scissortail dartfish or a group of chromis should not be perceived as much of a problem, particularly if added via acclimation box.
