I have a 32 gallon Fluval Flex salt water aquarium. I currently only have a Midas Blenny in my tank. How many more fish can I add and what would be the ideal tankmates for him? I eventually want to make this tank a reef tank. Thanks

Probably 5-7, depending on fish size. Everything gets along great with my midas blenny, but here are a few ideas: dottyback, basslet (royal gramma), flame hawkfish, any goby, firefish, yellow corris or another wrasse.

Ok thanks for the input

Answer is : consider growth size for potential occupants.

6-8 small ( firefish, clown, chromis, tail spot blenny)
4-6 medium (such as dwarf angel, blenny, goby, cardinal)

The more intricate rockscaping you have (ie: caves, crevices, ledges, holes, etc.) - the more fish you can happily accommodate.
I gave 32 pounds of live rock in my tank

Royal Gramma, Flame Hawk, Lyretail Anthias. Midas Blennies are the sweetest fish around, keep them with other gentle fish. Mine literally thinks he's a Lyretail and swims with the school.
