I currently run a 110 tall, 55 fuge.
(2) Oc Clowns
(1) Convict Blenny
And some zoa's, paly's, blastomussa,

This is what I was trying to add, my concern is with the convict blenny and watchman goby. Or anything else I'm missing.

sixline may or may not become the terror of the tank. make sure it has lots of hiding places and make sure it's the last fish added. I have one and a melanurus in my 120 gal. and so far all is well. pajama's get ugly when adults. I would go with a bangaii instead but three of either may become one.

I would nix the Sixline. They can become quite the aggressive little fish, especially towards other wrasses. Once they are established, they can prevent you from adding any new fish. Otherwise, as long as you have done your research on the individuals you are proposing, I think your list is ok.

So a few questions on QT tanks, here is the final list.

Will a 55 gallon be big enough to QT all these?
Delivery on Wed. When should I set up QT tank?
How long should I keep them in QT?
Also after QT is done is it wise to add them to a fuge 1 at a time, then to the display. Letting them get acclimated to the main system before having to find their own territory?

Need the six line for bristle worms.

I would go way slower Qt one fish at a time. Doing that many fish in a single qt tank one fish gets sick they all will get sick then you have a mess on your hands.

I think you should find other solutions to the worms then the wrasse.

One easy way is to cut the foot off a pair of panty hose and put a piece of shrimp inside and tie off the open end. Put this inside your tank when the lights go out, the worms will try to get at the shrimp and their bristles get stuck in the panty hose. Remove the shrimp and panty hose with the worms attached in the morning.

Since I'm already committed with delivery Wednesday, what would you suggest?

I can add cardinals to fuge they are tank raised that would leave 3 in QT. The naso, six line, and watchman. Just an idea.

Nice, think I'll try that tonight.

Not much you can do but hope for the best. Wehn I had a bsement system I had separate tanks with their own filtration and tools for each tank so that I could not transfer the disease from one tank to another. I the future always do one fish at a time. I have seen the multi fish problem show so many times with club members that it is not funny.

+1 to Marshall O's comments on the Sixline. Since you've already ordered the wrasse, make sure your tank is covered as wrasses will jump.

And just an added fyi for anyone else considering a Sixline for bristle worm control, these coral banded shrimp are excellent alternatives for controlling the population:
Golden Coral Banded Shrimp: Stenopus zanzibaricus
Yellow Coral Banded Shrimp: Stenopus cyanoscelis

you already ordered the fish? bad choice on the naso. your tank Is way too small. will probably give you problems with aggression and/or Ich. naso's get big and need lots of swimming room.

I would be reluctant to say the naso will give you problems with aggression as they have a very docile temperament. But ultimately it will eventually outgrow the tank as they do get quite large.

Currently have a 200 gallon, I plan on setting up next winter for the naso, kinda became addicted to all this. What I read in the beginning was larger water volume, easier to maintain water parameters. That's why I got the 110 to start.

So far so good. Only loss was with, I hate to say it, the cardinals. They were so small they couldn't handle the trip. All but DOA.
The six line, naso, clowns, convict blenny, watchman and shrimp all seem to be getting along great. Thanks for all your input!
