Tank mates?

I pick up late Jan early Feb what supposed to be a 140 gallon tank it was set up as a Fowler gonna turn it into a reef tank. The tank comes flame angle, 2 damsels and flame hawk. How many or what else can I put in the tank I would like some of this listed below beta and Mandarin and definitely going
6 line warsse
Blue streak warsse
Clownfish pair
Mandarin
Marine betta
Hippo tang
Blue jaw trigger
Skunk shrimp
Tuxedo urchin

Yea have i 50+ pounds of rock. they have it set up and running with rock I can't get the tank till the end of Jan so they gonna put some hiding spots in, they are trying to catch the tang and transfer it that's why tank is empty with no hiding places

Alage barn gonna pod the tank and sump get established then buy it

A diamond goby would be an effective option.. You could also pick up some sand sifting inverts such as cerith and nassarius snails to help as well.
