Tank maybe crashing?!?

So should I rinse in like a 5 gallon bucket of salt water and do you mean you place live rock in the canister filter? I believe I run plenty of live rock I’ll post a picture tomorrow with white lights on and will add to raise my salinity
I clean in tap and then a final rise in rodi water.

I would either change or rinse and put back in. If your rock is nice and established which it should be at this point you shouldn't have issues bacteria wise rinsing a sponge and placing it back etc.
The rock is well established it was “clean” and ran in a tank for 2 years is what I was told

No problem. Now the light. Your coral and nems are going to struggle with the light
Yeah so I was told to run led 25k lights or t5 witch they want like 800$ for and both store sell current led bars and the fluval led bars what would you recommend on a medium budget willing to do like 350-400 is going to be affordable if I save up for it

I have almost the same issues. I have a 75g that I run on an FX6 cannister for almost 3 years. My nitrates are almost always between 40 and 80, but I have pretty much all softies. As others have stated clean your filter media/sponges. Take the cannister apart and rinse in some "clean" saltwater. Could be the water you take out from a water change. Try to get the sponge/media to run as clear as you think it will get with manual rinsing. Add some chemipure too if you don't already and as much as this sucks you will have to clean it out like that at least every 2 weeks. This is the reason I'm upgrading to a tank with a sump. Love the hobby but cannisters are a pain. Spend too much time on maintenance. Good luck hope it helps you out.

Get 2 ai prime 16hd, for $420.
If you ever want sps, you might have to add a 3rd.

There are good black boxes if you wanted valspar and Mars are good option for led.
If you want t5ho than hydroplanet is a good option. Bulbs will have to be replaced.

Mars aqua makes a nice light you can buy online, I used one for years with good results.

I have one and it has been really good. Went to add a second ( bigger tank) and had to get vispar. They look almost identical and about the same price and quality.

That’s what I would do as I worry about keeping the good bacteria.
For my canister (fx6) I had each tray loaded with live rock. Essentially just increasing the live rock in the system a bit and using the canister as a return pump. Worked great and I didn’t have to clean it that often as there wasn’t a lot of detritus getting caught in it.

You can also look online for a couple decent second hand lights, no more than a couple years old - good savings and will give you time to sort something longer term. You got this!

Small update

•cleaned canister filter parts
•cleaned air line to skimmer
•vacuumed sand and did a 80% water change
•brought salinity up to 1.025-.026 ish
•vacuumed as much algae off the rock as possible

will test in the morning and see how every is hopefully for the good
