Hello Reefers!
My main tank is already in my living room and I want to add a frag tank next to it.

that tank will now becloser to my kitchen. Is there any downside to this or something I should be worried about? It will be tied into my main tank.

also, any good places to look for a frag tank at?

thanks!

I would not. Hard to avoid the cooking atmospheric mist. What am I referring to?
RUB YOUR FINGER ALONG TOP OF MICROWAVE, FRIDGE, RIM OF COUNTER AND YOU WILL FEEL THAT GREASE FILM THAT TRAVELS EVERYWHERE.
Kitchen is also a place where at one point or another soaps and other chemicals will be used and during winter is a room of ever changing temperatures during baking and oven cooking. THIS WILL END UP IN/AT YOUR TANK !!

I dont think grease will be a problem for a reef tank. It might cause your skimmer not to foam.

Hi I live in a small studio apartment and I cook and still do well in my 15 gallon tank.

I have my biocube set up right next to the kitchen, no issues. I need to get rid of those water buckets though
