Tank near window

I have my 120 gallon in front of the window in the living room on the side of the house there’s no direct sunlight the blinds are always down it’s my only option will the tank be OK

It will be fine, but personally I like my reef to get some direct sunlight. It's not so much that it helps, but I enjoy looking at it in sunlight. I do think a few hours of indirect or direct sunlight doesn't hurt.

My front doors (2) are all glass, so my tank gets direct light in the morning and does fine. It’s having your tank get infected with Velvet that causes problems

In the winter my windows get very cold. I would be concerned with it so close to the window that it will drop the temperature of the tank, especially when the lights are off. Of course this will depend on where you live.

You'll be fine. If windows tend to be "non air-tight" double up on heaters. 2 heaters also add redundancy and don't have to work as hard as 1.

My tank gets direct sun through a double glass door during the morning good and more again from a skylight later in the day.

The color of the tank is so different, in a good way.
