It comes with a level mat built into the table I guess this would solve this problem right ?

That’s for support not level. The only real risk is more to the stand than tank. You said it’s ~0.75” off level. That’s less than 1 degree. The asymmetric force applied to one side of a tank is fractional to that. The amount of damage you are risking is in the noise. Walking near your tank or loud thunder probably does more damage. It’s just going to annoy you until you fix it.

The level mat just redistributes minor irregularities between the glass and the stand. It won't change the level. Only way you can fix the unlevel tank is to raise the foot of the stand. Make sure you don't raise one foot more than the other of the pair, this will cause warping of the supporting surface. This it the most damaging to the structure of the tank.
