This is my planned position for my 90 Gallon tank. I am wondering if it will be too big of a deal to place it this close to the corner? There is about 4 inches of clearance between the side of the tank, and the wall beside the door. Enough room to stick an arm in. Should this be okay? or does anyone think I need more space?

I am leaving about 6 inches of room behind the unit. The radiator vent is close, but if need-be, I can also place a panel behind to help direct any radiator heat away from the unit if that becomes a problem. Personally I don't think it will be... It is a hot water radiator system, so it's a subtle and even heating.

I would cheat it to the right a bit as well as being off the radiator, At least a few inches

I think it looks awkward and out of place there. Do you have any other options?

Nah, that is the best area for it. And it is where I can see it while I work, which is what I wanted.

Do you control the radiator?
If you don’t, that might not be the ideal spot bro

Imo, I want access both side of the tank...for clean up of the wall or changing wave pump if needed.

I do control the radiator. It doesn't get hot in that room, it is near the end of the hot water's circuit around the heating coils. Mild constant temp, no sudden swings. Plus I do have a water chiller to install. But as far as proximity to the wall, roger that. Shall give myself a bit more room.
