I'm about to move back into my house after finishing a year-long remodel. I have one 75g freshwater tank and I have an IM Lagoon 25g that I would like to upgrade to a Reefer 425XL. The problem is that I only have one good wall that will fit fish tanks and not be in the way while still being viewable. Are there any reasons why putting a freshwater tank and a saltwater tank right next to each other might be a bad idea?

Actually I have a 55 gallon FW and a 29 gallon SW in my garage about a foot from each other and all is good.

Ok that's what I thought. I have a 25g FW and 25g SW about 2 feet apart from each other right now and everything is fine but I thought i would check to see if lighting might be an issue at all or something crazy like that.
