Tank power off for 2 days

I wasnt home for a couple days and got an order of copepods on Friday night, so i told my sister to float then for 30 mins, turn off the power, pour them in, then turn back on the power after 30mins. Well she never turned on the power after that. I came home friday at noon and saw the tank was around 60. I have two clowns, 3 hermits, tuxedo urchin and 4 torchus snails, 3 nassarius snails.

All the livestock is still alive but do you think the beneficial bacteria and copepods will be dead???

My parameters were perfect before the tank was off. I tested my parameters using API. Now the ammonia is 0.50ppm, nitrites still 0ppm, nitrates around 10 or 20ppm

Hard to tell at this point, most of the time you don't see the copepods unless they are larger. Do you say the Tuxedo Urchin is still alive? I would just keep an eye on the tank, possibly check the parameters within a few days. Back in the day, I had the same issue, well, close. It was a 55-gallon with only fish and the power was off for about 2.5 days. From what I can remember, we experienced little issues and the fish was alive for many years.
