I posted a while ago about ordering tank threw Deep sea aquatics. Well, I finally received the tank, and examined everything and have became concerned. What would you do if you was in my situation? This is the best picture I could get, There is a spot like that on the other side but almost hidden by the bottom trim. I am not sure what it is too be honest, so I figured Id ask you folks, your input.

dang, its shows up when i come on this thread.. I have no idea what to do to get it to show up.

usually from my experience as long as there is silicone on both sides of it and its not right at the inner edge you should be fine.... but im no professional on this lol

I don't know. wysiwyg is most likely correct, but if you bought a new tank it should be exactly how you want it without blemishes.

If you sell the tank you won't get as much as a tank that is not blemished. Keep in mind that resale value is low already but scratches and blemishes makes it even lower

FWIW, and mine was a different issue from yours, but I ordered a tank from Lee Mar and the rear pane wasn't flush with the bottom pane. Refused to accept it off the truck and had them re-do the tank. If you're paying for a brand new tank you shouldn't have to settle for imperfections. I wouldn't even think twice about sending yours back.

I bought the tank from a Local dealer, so the tank is brand new. What irritates me, is it took way longer then expected to get the tank, and then there is something like this thats wrong with it. I paid a good price for it, so I feel it should be perfect, but I also dont want to wait another 1+ month to get a new tank.
