So ive been looking for a bigger tank to set up, but hard to find stuff where im at without driveing 6 to 7 hrs one way, I did find a couple near me. One is a 75 gal setup with sump and seems to come from a very nolliagable guy with saltwater. The other is a 135 gal setup but dont look to be as in good of shape and futher away. The big one is 500 and the little one is 275. What should I do

Depends on what you really want to do with the new tank & what your getting for the money. Does the 135 come with as much as the 75 & ask why are they getting rid of them.

75 had to go to a corner tank and 135 is not wanting to set up again after move, 135 has a little more with but light are cheep as cheep come and not much better on equipment

The one in the top two pics looks nice, I’d upgrade to a much bigger sump though.

That's a tough decision, me I think would go for the bigger tank anyway. Since they don't want to set it up again you might get a better deal if you ask.

Been trying to get a better deal but just wont come off the price, the stand is missing 2 doors of of it as well, the 75 is just alot better maintained from what I can tell

The 75 looks much better quality wise and has black silicone and seems like thicker glass. The stand on the bigger one is the deal breaker though, (unless you plan on getting a new stand) I would not trust it. If it was between those two tanks, I would go with the 75 hands down.

If you want a bigger tank, (and who doesn't) I would keep looking...

Good luck either way and post lots of pics of the build! ;Happy

Then I would go with the 75 or as another responded wait to see if something bigger & better comes along.

It depends on you that why you use this monster tank and how you maintain this tank. But in my opinion, in between 275-500, any kind of size is perfect
