So here are my readings as of today. I have had my tank up for 25 days. can someone please tell me if I can add fish yet or is something off and I am going to kill anything I put in my tank. Having an empty tank is killing me right now.

No impact. You don't want it any higher.

It likely reflects the salt mix you are using. Just don't add any. :)

Here is the best test. Add food to the tank like your feeding fish for a few days. If you come back with zero ammonia and nitrite after a few days after feeding you should be all good.
All it means is your tank can process the bioload your fish would be creating.

Ok thanks I will stop adding prime ANF try feeding the tank

Just test your ammonia, nitrite and Nitrate every day when your doing it and monitor the results. If you spike in nitrite and ammonia and it stays around for a while your not cycled.
