OK i need to brake my tank down to repair the over flow.
I have changed out several tanks that is no problem
that is just moving from one to another...........
This time i have to remove everything so i can replace one side off the over flow glass and then put everything back.
the last up grade was less than a year back. so do i need
to replace the sand ?? and other suggestions.

I will need something to hold everything and Howe long do i need to let
the repair set before i move back-in..

dont change

i would not change a thing it could start a new cycle!!!if any thing you could just not put as much sand put it to the back of the tank . let your tank settle out about a week ad some a little at a time maybe a couple of week's it's not going to hurt to go bare botom for a little bit and let the tank dry for at least 24 hour's for the fixen
