Due to a few rookie mistakes I am now having to reset the tank. I am in the middle of a velvet outbreak and the treatment process. Because of this I had to remove all rock work from the tank to try and find a hidden sleeper blenny with no luck. So now I’m pulling sand out to locate him. I’m going to pull all substrate out now.

I do have 11 assorted LPS, Zoa, and a toadstool frag as well as a LTA in the tank. Will it be ok to move the substrate, frags, LTA and other invertebrates into a 44 gallon brute with PH, heater and light to buy me some time to get the tank back setup right?

I would not move the substrate, as you can release all sorts of badness.

As long as you are temp / parameters matched in the brute, corals should be fine for a couple days. I would just replace the substrate rather than try and save it.
