My 135g 6ft tank is running outa room for corals. I have iver 66 types of corals/color variations.

Sand bed is near full. Rocks are near full. Trying figure out what i can do to free up room.

I have a bunch of euhipilia. Bubble corals ect and im wondering if i should bunch them up to free up rocks. Would it be ok to group my two torch corals up together ? Like touching together. Same with my two hammers. And my octospawn. Can i group those three together ?

The 4 bubbles i know i can have touching so grouping them will free up alot of sand bed. Cant do much to the top of my rocks as they are all dedicated to ny 14 types of acros.

Right side of tank has 20 types of zoas.. left side is my plating monti garden im growing out..

GAHH i need a bigger tank LOL. Only some of my corals are big colonies so in pics it doesnt look too bad but it is most corals are only 3 or 4 inchs away from each other.

I guess maybe one issue are my rock columns are more centerish in my tank so my fish have front and back to swim equally in.. So it takes alot of my front sand bed up.. what would you guys do or move around ?

Yea mine are all on that rock on the left in the pic. Thats kinda my (overflow box) since my tank has no sump.

Im not a chalice person but im starting to get some. I jusy got a pink boo bies chalice where should placement be ? Do they encrust on a sand bed. Or should i glue it to a palm sized flat rock on the sand bed. Or shoulf i put it more midway in the tank. What do you think. The chalices i do have are low..mid way but there slow growing

Evening,

You are approaching the problem all wrong. It should be what size tank upgrade do I need to buy ;Shamefullyembarrased
That bubble coral is awesome. Great looking tank

I keep hammers/frogspawn/octospawn coral together. Torches together and out of reach of previous mentioned. Torches are to the right lower down and on a frag rack on the right hand side

Just wondering when it comes to coral warfare will the euphillia kill the zoas?

Well here is what i did. Still tinkering with it. But i move some rock back alot.. made alot of caves i wasnt expecting and now i have tons of sand bed to put chalices and favias on. I also yanked my euphilia around my tank and put them all on one rock..

Theyre shrivvled now.. but you get the idea. And yes my neon green bubble coral is huge.. its bigger then a basketball when fully extended.
medium sized pizza box. Got lucky when i bought it.and i got it for 160$ lol.

Anyway here is what i did. Here it before and after.. at least on this side.

Sorry i had to edit my pics a little.

Anyway.. For now i got tons of sand bed now. Might add more rock like some of you suggested like to the very left against the glass

How do you get corals to grow on glass ? Are they able to really do that ? They dont slip off ? Lkl

Glue em on to start. I have a couple but I can only see 5% of my back glass and maybe 10% on the side panels.

I still like the bigger tank idea ;)

Yea trust me i want a 180 at least for that 6 inchs front to back room.. but i dunno if i can do a 180+ on my 3rd lvl this tank is in my bedroom so im pushing it haha
