Last night power went out. Jumped out of bed... all I could think of is savings my pride n joy ( 2nd to my kids just saying) got the generator running. Today power went out while I was at work, n my wife hopped to the situation all she could think of is all my hard work with my tank, got to get power. Shes 8months pregnant with our 3rd kid n negative digits outside in ny pull starting the generator just so I didn't crash the tank. Just figured I'd tell how proud I am of my wife!!...Would like to hear the crazy story out there you got . Got to love my wife !!!!

That's awesome man! Nice job wifey!!! Good thing it's the 3rd kid, if it was the 1st no way she would be out there yanking on the generator. Lol. I really want a whole home generator with auto switch. It is a lot of money, but one extended power outage it could pay for itself! I've just buried a propane tank for my new furnace, so I'm taking steps.

Congrats on the new baby to be! Very glad your tank is all good as well!!!

Wow she’s something special! Congrats on the new baby! :)

Congrats on the new little reefer in the oven!!!

My wife loves the tank, but she would have just called and yelled "You better do something!!!" She does help with all she can though and awesome when any couple can both enjoy a hobby :)

Congrats on the new coming arrival! And for finding a keeper! thankfully my pumps are on battery backups with meters so i can spot check their status. One day i will have a generac... one day

That's awesome! My wife has saved ours a number of times as well. First was a heater failure that happened while I was out of town; I got the alert via the controller but she ran to the LFS, grabbed a new heater, and had it back up and running. She's had to solve a number of issues over the past couple of years and has made it happen each time. The last was a power failure a few months back; like your situation, she ran out, yanked on the generator, and hooked up the fish tank first. I try to make a big deal of it so she knows how appreciated it is.
