Tank seals drying out with tank sitting dry?

I need to sell my tank and want to drain it out and have it ready to go. Is it ok to drain the tank and have the seals be dry or should I keep it wet until sold? Might only be a few weeks max dry, is this ok?

The tank will be absolutely fine so no worries.
