Tank setup advice

Hi all I started my tank in February and was wondering how my tank setup sounds and if there’s any recommendations.

30 g corner aquarium
Kessil A150W-ocean blue (2yrs old or so)
Aquaticlife 115 protein skimmer
Freeseaaquarium wave maker 6W 1050 GPH

what kind of corals can I keep with this setup? I also plan to have a valentini puffer (I know he might nip the corals I will add him last) and dwarf lion fish

I’m not sure what par these lights are but softies and LPS need at least 100 par, some SPS can survive at low light level but not well SPS typically need around 200 or more depending on what it is. Puffers are kind of a risky option so I would buy any expensive corals.
