I suggest you embrace carbon dosing using white vinegar.

Also, on your tank journal thread, exchange of ideas have fewer interruptions.

Enjoy your journey. I have been addicted for 53 years. Ask questions and I will respond.

Please show a full tank shot at 10K color-rendition White: A Caribbean reef at noon is 5K and 6.5K at 4pm

Your system is bigger than my 25 year young setup which has tangs and ornamental macros in display.

All pictures under 10K lighting spectrum except last picture which is not a display tank. This 30G tank is Aptasia eating Matted Filefish project that is 2 days old. Lighting at 6.5K spectrum.

Can you explain the white vinegar carbon dosing! Sounds like something I should check out

Your tank looks great! I have thought about carbon dosing, I have some nopox but I was hoping to get a result from non chemical methods but it dosnt look that way so this may be the way forward.

Clear vinegar as a carbon source is a normal household product. Adding a carbon source grows bacteria, that assimilate nutrients as they grow: N,P,K,Fe and so on. Protein skimmers export bacteria and the minerals that bacteria assimilate.
