I am planning on mixed reef mostly soft and lps with just a few sps and not a huge bio load on the fish side. I was looking at the Waterbox 60.2 but out of that the display parameters are 39.8g, sump is 22g it also has a built in 3.7g ATO. Well I came across Mode's Infinity series which for very close to the same price has a 50g display and 24g sump. I do understand the more volume the better, that being said are they close enough that they are comparable or would it really just be personal preference?

Take a look at Red Sea's line of tanks. I have a E-260 and got daughter a E-170, (81g with sump kit and 45g). They have a lot of good features and are AIO. The new Reef LEDs are really great.

OK i will, I have checked out the new light and I like it a lot, pretty sure I made up my mind on using it.

I would steer clear of Mode Aquariums, they do not have a very good reputation... a Red Sea Reefer 250 or an Innovative Marine Lagoon 50 EXT are other awesome options in that same size category. Or you could step up to a reefer 350 or IM 75 EXT

Thanks for the info, this is the kind of things I want to know now.

One thing, Red Sea Reefers don't come with everything like the E series does. You may want to look.
