I've never bought any stands. I consider myself fairly handy and have a few friends in the construction/home improvement business if it went beyond my skill level that I can rely on. They've all been 2x4 and plywood construction and incredibly sturdy. My main reason for doing my own was for the final height I wanted the (FW) tanks to be at. The second reason is "shelf" space on the sides and rear as some items (air pump, food) are better off at tank level, IMO. I haven't done any fronts or sides to them yet as I don't own a home and nobody comes to visit , but will one day do so.
I can't imagine it would be any more difficult to do one for that tank, if you have the ability to cut and screw a couple pieces of wood. As well I found it to be a bit cheaper also.
