Depends on what stand you're using. If meant for tanks, you're fine. If just a piece of furniture from IKEA I'd be skeptical

It's an aquarium stand for up to 39 gallons.

Then the weight won't be an issue.

If an aquarium stand was so fine-tuned that having live rock in the tank made it collapse, that would be a very bad aquarium stand. Any supporting furniture should be able to hold much more weight than it's actually being used to hold.
