Tank that cupramine was used in

Hey guys!

So I have a ten gallon tank that I used cupramine in. If I really rinse it and soak it with steaming hot water can I use it as a regular quarantine or is it pretty much contaminated now? I've heard different things.
I don't mind keeping it as a ich treatment tank.

No need to soak in steaming hot water. Just rinse it really well.

Wipe down with vinegar or bleach, making sure you get the seams really well (to remove any copper residue.) Rinse thoroughly. After that, you can use the tank for whatever you want. Even a nano reef.
