Tank upgrade today. EXCITED!

So today I upgrade from my 350 litre up to my 1000 litre!
I've spent the last week doing all my preparation like hanging my new lights, setting up the filter, sump, powerheads then last night I started hanging my power sockets in place and set up my inkbird controller.

All I need to do now is drain some water, move the rest of my live rock over then the fish!

The parameters in both tanks and temperature is practically identical so hoping there'll be minimum distress on the fish. Wish me luck!

Any tips to make the move smoother and least stress on the fish?

Assuming you get to the point where you have nothing left in the old tank but the fish (and maybe an air stone), are you going to drain the tank nearly all the way down and make it ‘low tide’ for all the fish? It maybe faster/easier to net/scoop them up if there is nowhere for them to go. Best wishes! Send some photos if you can.

Cheers for the input guys. I started draining the water and disassembly of the old tank at approx 11am on Saturday and I finished the last bit of cleaning up at 8pm that night!
Only because it took me a while to fine tune the balance of the drain/refill from tank to sump. I didn't have a tap to control the flow back in to the tank so I used some fine filter foam cable tied around the return but after 10 minutes this got clogged and the sump started rising so I used some coarse foam and tightened/loosened it until it balanced out.
I since found a tap on some old pipe I took to the sump so rescued it and fitted it on Sunday along with finalising my rockscape and adding a few snail shells and old coral skeletons from the guy I ought the tank off.
