Tank upgrade

Tuis isn't the first time I have upgraded the tank. But this time in upgrading and putting it in the same spot where my current dt is. Not sure on what to do with my fish. I do bbn have several qt tanks I haven't used but that won't be enough for all my fish. Looking for advice. I have 2 ten gallons and a 20 long. But that won't be enough with all the fish I have.

How long do you plan to have the fish out of your DT as you transition for the old to new? If it is going to be a while then you may want to consider a black Rubbermaid stock tank from a farm store like Tractor Supply or Rural King.

I agree on a Rubbermaid tub which also has a great resale value

I plan on doing the stand before I get the tank but as soon as I get it and the plumbing parts I plan on doing it in a one day time frame.

I don't know how many fish you have or what size tank, but if you are worried about space just get a rubbermaid trashcan. 1 day shouldn't be a huge deal. You will need to monitor the ammonia levels if you have a ton of fish though. I always used Prime when holding fish in buckets.
