Tank water level help

How do I get my water level higher in my tank with a hob overflow and sump it’s a inch below the tank rim I want where I can’t see water line

Can you post a pic of your overflow? Depending on how it sits in the tank, you might be able to put a guard across the teeth, like a lot of sumps do to control their water levels.

There's usually a plastic set screw(s) on your overflow. If you loosen it and raise it you can raise you tanks water level.

Could also build up the overflow level where the grates are with rock epoxy or silicone.
If you use silicone you definitely want it to cure for about a week and then rinse well with RO
