Tank Water Level

I have a 20g tank with just a hob filter and pump for filtration/flow. When i first set it up i put the water level to low. To raise it, could i just add more saltwater, or would that cause any problems? Any help appreciated

Check your salinity, if it's at normal levels, go ahead. If it's higher than normal, add RO water until it's back to normal, then add more salt water to your desired level.

I got one, it was a hand me down but still works good lol
