Tank Wipeout

So I have 106 gallon that had couple of fish purchased some new fish recently from my LFS velvet broke out in the tank wiped all my fish out except a yellow Watchman goby now he doesn't appear to be sick should I start treating him for velvet now?

yes hes probably a carrier of it you gotta remove him and treat him and let the tank go fallow otherwise any new fish you put into the tank would be at risk
